Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Backstage Cigars members' website (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. Membership itself is also governed by the Membership Agreement you sign when you join.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Site or apply for membership.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your login.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Each login belongs to one person and may not be shared. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Applications and membership

• Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. We review every application and interview applicants at our discretion.
• Plans, fees and privileges are described on the Site and in the Membership Agreement, and may change with notice.

Payments

• Prices are in US dollars. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe, and applicable taxes may be added.
• Sign-up and renewal fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or stated in the Membership Agreement.
• If you turn on auto-renew, you authorize us to charge your renewal on your anniversary date until you turn it off.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site. This includes trying to access other members' accounts or information, interfering with the Site's operation, collecting data automatically, or posting unlawful, abusive or offensive content in any member area.

Our content

The Site, the Backstage Cigars name and logo, and our photographs belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Tobacco notice

Tobacco products are intended for adults 21 and older. Cigar smoking can cause cancers of the mouth, throat, larynx, lungs and esophagus, even if you do not inhale. We do not sell tobacco to anyone under 21.

Disclaimer

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backstage Cigars is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
